Our website and online shop are operated using Odoo. When you visit the website, technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of access and requested pages may be processed to provide and secure the website.
3. Customer accounts and orders
When you create an account or place an order, we process the information required to fulfil the contract, including your name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number where necessary, order information and payment status.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by the payment provider selected during checkout. We currently use payment service providers such as Mollie where applicable. Payment information required to complete the transaction is transmitted to the respective provider.
We do not store complete credit-card data ourselves.
5. Shipping
Where necessary to fulfil your order, delivery information is transmitted to the selected shipping provider, for example [DPD / Hermes / other carrier].
6. Contact and support
If you contact us by email, contact form or live chat, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your request.
7. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send you information about MAEXY products and news. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each newsletter.
